From the exit of the extrusion die to the end of the
extrusion line, all of our 75 plus years of prior extrusion related
experience goes into designing what we know the plastic and rubber extrusion industry requires.
Whether your requirements are for-
- Vacuum and Cooling tanks
- Haul-offs
- Flying knife cutters
- Traveling saws
- Take-up winders and coilers
- Dumping and collection tables or;
- Embossing equipment
MPM designs, whether standard or
custom, take into account these simple principles-
- First and foremost, we have to
listen to you and your staff to recognize what your
individual process requirements are. From this
listening, we can take the right approaches in
designing a piece of equipment that exactly matches
your needs and expectations.
- Secondly, we take your input
and design in all of the requirements using
components that are in themselves designed to
provide a long-lasting, highly productive unit.
After all, a machine with a high level of
maintenance and downtime is not a good value to
either of us.
- Lastly, we know that
maintenance is inevitably required on all equipment. We design equipment with this in mind. We
make every attempt at designing in "off-the shelf"
components that do not require you to pay for and
wait for proprietary OEM spare components. We use
only top quality components in all of our equipment.
Because we know that the electrical and electronic areas
of a piece of equipment usually are the most troubling area with respect to
machine issues and downtime, we take great pride in our electrical manufacturing
and documentation. While some OEM's provide very
little detail in the way of schematics and some do
not even label wires or terminals, we make every
effort in this area. You will always find our
electrical designs and panel builds on all of
our equipment, whether standard or custom, will be
designed for troubleshooting simplification.
"Guaranteed"
Our manufacturing group, with it's own level of experience
working the many years in this field, know how important each area of the
mechanical and electrical assembly is and how it will positively affect performance and durability. It
is their mission to insure that the unit works correctly when it is
delivered and it is also their mission to make sure it keeps working for
you.
Quality through and
through, "Guaranteed"
