different sized haul-offs in both flat belt and cleat designs. To ensure for
consistent and accurate pulling, all
MPM pullers are designed with AC variable speed drives. We understand that the haul-off can be the most
important piece of an extrusion line and will have the greatest effect on
product sizing, product finish and even product cut length.
Additionally, with the choice of AC closed loop vector, we
allow for a wider range of optimum speeds without the use of transmissions.
We use our design expertise and design formulas to provide
you with actual torque specifications on our haul-off models. Based on your
input of speed requirements and needed pulling force, we use that input to
model the right drive train that will do the job.
