MPM cooling baths are
designed for maximum versatility and durability.
Each model is offered in either flood cooling or with an
atomizing spray system. Complete and properly sized re-circulation packages
are offered as options to all
MPM cooling baths.
Hi-flow cooling capacities with integral filter and heat
exchange packages will tackle the most demanding heat transfer situations.
Atomized spray systems with up to 300 G.P.M. throughput with interrupt
chambers allow tough polyethylene profile cool down.
But we also provide simplified cooling systems for higher
speed extrusion lines like PVC fencing and window profiles.
Even with a large selection of standard units, any cooling
bath can be custom designed for your particular requirements. If you require
vacuum or water manifolds for your jacket sizers or additional movement
features like linear and lateral adjustments are required, we have
pre-engineered these options for quick installations to our standard units.
Whether a right to left or a left to right extrusion line,
remember that MPM
offers you either (on all MPM
equipment) at the same price. Unlike most other OEM's, we do not charge for
this as we consider it a simple choice for you and a simple task for us.
